As the Expeditor, you play a key role in supporting on-time project delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, and external suppliers to ensure the right materials arrive at the right time—every time.

  • Support inventory coordination and ensure materials are available for production
  • Assist Procurement leadership with administrative and document support
  • Track invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable as needed
  • Process purchase orders and maintain procurement accuracy
  • Maintain vendor communication to monitor delivery timelines
  • Keep ERP system data updated and audit-ready
