Expeditor

As the Expeditor, you play a key role in supporting on-time project delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, and external suppliers to ensure the right materials arrive at the right time—every time.

• Support inventory coordination and ensure materials are available for production
• Assist Procurement leadership with administrative and document support
• Track invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable as needed
• Process purchase orders and maintain procurement accuracy
• Maintain vendor communication to monitor delivery timelines
• Keep ERP system data updated and audit-ready

• Strong organization and attention to detail — nothing gets past you
• 2+ years experience in procurement, expediting, logistics, or a related function
• Excellent communication and follow-through with both internal and external partners
• Associate’s degree or relevant experience in purchasing or administrative support
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
