  • Develop and manage CM plans, tools, and processes aligned with Defence standards.
  • Support engineering reviews, audits, and certification with accurate CM documentation.
  • Work closely with teams, contractors, and government to ensure compliance and system assurance.
  • Maintain records for Configuration Items and support Change Control Boards.
  • Provide advice on Configuration Management (CM) for Armoured Fighting Vehicles and related Defence systems.
  • Help improve CM systems and mentor junior staff.

  • Knowledge of Defence CM standards (ASDEFCON, ISO 10007, MIL-STD-973).
  • Current NV1 security clearance or higher

  • Experience in Configuration Management within Defence or similar industries.
  • Skilled with CM software like Teamcenter, Windchill, or IBM Rational.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to read and manage technical drawings and system specs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
