Managing Director – Valuation, Litigation & Forensic (Matrimonial Dissolution)

Description

• Lead and expand the firm’s matrimonial dissolution valuation, litigation, and forensic investigations offering
• Lead forensic investigations, including asset tracing, hidden wealth analysis, income manipulation, and lifestyle reviews
• Act as an expert witness, including preparation of reports and court appearances
• Deliver complex business and asset valuations in the context of matrimonial dissolution proceedings
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with family law firms, barristers, and private clients
• Drive business development, thought leadership, and external profile within the family law market
• Mentor and develop senior and junior team members

Requirements

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established disputes professional with deep expertise across valuation, forensic investigations, and litigation support, capable of delivering complex expert work while driving strategic growth and enhancing the firm’s market presence.

• Significant experience in litigation support and forensic investigations, particularly within matrimonial dissolution
• Strong track record of preparing expert witness reports and providing oral evidence
• Established relationships within the family law community highly desirable
• Senior valuation, forensic accounting, or disputes professional operating at Director, Partner, or Managing Director level
• Existing book of business or demonstrated history of revenue generation preferred
• Experience leading complex forensic investigations and managing sensitive client matters
• CPA, CFE, ASA, CVA, or similar professional license or credential
