Advise senior leadership on schedule impacts and mitigation strategies.
Contribute to strategic business planning and development of new service offerings.
Develop project programmes/schedules from first principles for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Prepare technical reports, including constructability and progress reports.
Represent Arup at internal and external meetings.
Conduct regular programme reviews and updates; forecast time and cost outcomes.
Use visual techniques to communicate project phasing and constraints.
Ensure KPIs and deliverables are achieved, including design and construction schedules.

Ability to analyse data and forecast outcomes.
Strong knowledge of project planning principles, methodologies, and tools.
Proven experience with Primavera P6 and other planning software.
Understanding of earned value management, change control, and risk management.
Degree in Engineering, Building, or related discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
