Deep knowledge and experience on the Pre-development phase- Due Diligence, Entitlements, Design, Permitting, Budgeting and Scheduling.
Industrial experience with three or more of the following products desired: speculative warehouse, manufacturing, e-commerce, 3PL, data center, industrial outdoor storage.
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Urban Planning or Engineering is desired, but not required.
Maintain computer proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, Google Earth. BIM/Adobe Acrobat desirable but not required.
Be able to travel up locally up to 50% of the time and regionally up to 30% of the time.
Be self‐motivated and have the ability to multi‐task and prioritize with minimal direction.
Be proactive in approaching solutions and problem solving.
10+ years of experience working in the field of land development and/or construction management. If education is strictly in engineering, architecture or real estate development, applicant should have a minimum of three concurrent years’ experience working on construction projects. Project management experience with a general contractor or owners representative is preferred.
