Phase in/phase out maintenance, master data maintenance in the local forecasting system
Updating the system with forecasts where necessary
Support the Demand Planning Manager in the monthly demand reviews with the sales managers
Support with regular reporting and communication relating to forecast accuracy in respect of the demand plan vs business targets
Weekly revision of overselling and underselling SKUs
To carry out other ad hoc responsibilities as requested by the Line Manager from time to time
Review and analyse sales forecasts and break these down by both customer and product to give recommendations and flag any risks and anomalies in the numbers
Historical cleansing activities to ensure better statistical forecasts

Strong analytical thinking skills are essential
Experience with analysing data within a Demand Planning position
Experience working for a consumer goods company desirable
A minimum of one year Demand Planning experience is required
Intermediate excel skills (V Lookups/X Lookups, Pivot Tables, If Statements, Sumifs)
Comfortable performing routine tasks with consistency and accuracy
Able to communicate with stakeholders across the business at different levels
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and able to multi task
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with SAP, highly advantageous
