
Develops, owns, and operates housing and supportive services for low‑income, homeless and formerly homeless individuals in Washington.
The Supportive Services Case Manager assists formerly homeless individuals in stabilizing within permanent supportive housing, providing short‑term service planning, crisis response, informal counseling, referrals, and coordinating community‑building activities. The role involves maintaining relationships with community agencies, evaluating risk to housing stability, and delivering advocacy and peer education to improve resident outcomes.
Enhanced Shelter Case Manager – located at 8531 Lake City Way NE, Seattle, WA. The position reports to the Manager of Supportive Services – North and is a full‑time, non‑exempt, unionized role (Local 8 OPEIU) with a 40‑hour work week, Monday through Friday, 9 am‑5 pm. Pay ranges from $29.20 to $34.61 per hour, and employees receive medical, dental, vision, retirement, life and long‑term disability insurance, 116 hours of vacation in the first year, 11 paid holidays and accrued sick leave.
