Bachelor's degree is required
Training or experience in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining automation or platform solutions using UiPath;
Business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management;
Ability and desire to work on a fast-paced, technical team that is constantly growing and taking on new challenges;
Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate clearly about technical issues and needs to OCFO clients during meetings;
Human capital analytics, financial management, or advanced data visualizations;
Strong organization and self-management skills, ability to self sufficiently complete assigned tasks on time, willingness to ask questions when unclear, and the willing to take initiative and follow through;
Business skills and experience in IT;
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other commercial automation tools;
Business process analysis and optimization;
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities;
Ability to be on client site in Millington, TN 4-5 days a week
Experience working within an automation Center of Excellence;
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred
Effective communication to various audiences (including various levels of management and external clients) in a professional environment;
Experience working within a governance model;
Software development skills utilizing R, Python, .Net or other languages including VBA;
Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools and concepts;
