AutoCAD Submittal Drawings: procuring design assist and final design submittal drawings for Climatec, Contractor Customers and Engineers
Product Selection: choosing the correct sensors, valves, materials, end devices, etc. with the best performance/cost ratio that meets the product specifications and project needs.
Project Turn Over Meetings: presenting both the technical and intangible features of a project to the operations team. Ensuring that there has been a true passing of the torch right from the beginning of the job.
Subcontract Procurement: scoping the job competitively with electrical and other trades
Project Cost Estimation: capturing costs such as material and labor
Contract Document Management: tracking down all the plans and specifications, maintaining a record of all addenda and scope changes, archiving information and summaries for project turn-over to operations.
Site Visits: driving to potential work sights and field engineering a system when plans are not available.
Maintain a satisfactory driving record which, per Climatec’s vehicle policy, if driving a company vehicle or participating in an auto allowance program.

Proposal Writing: effectively and succinctly communicating in report or presentation format the value proposition Climatec extends to customers. This includes any procurement steps required to ensure successful delivery of the end product.
An understanding of basic computer systems including MS Office Suite of products.
