- Collaborate with the Design and Development team to establish project timelines, monitor requirements, and secure necessary approvals
- Lead constructability reviews to ensure design documents are practical, efficient, and aligned with project goals
- Maintain and monitor construction schedules to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
- Contribute to the budgeting, scoping, and strategic setup of capital projects across the portfolio
- Represent the organization in meetings with internal departments, architects, engineers, and consultants to define project requirements, specifications, and schedules
- Conduct research and prepare comprehensive materials and presentations to facilitate project approvals from governmental agencies and utility providers
- Oversee the construction and implementation phases of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Support technical aspects of leasing, ensuring alignment with project objectives and operational standards
- Serve as a liaison with construction officials, building occupants, contractors, vendors, and the public to facilitate permitting and project advancement
- Manage the solicitation, preparation, and evaluation of bid documents, and review contracts to confirm complete scope coverage
- Provide tracking and analytical support to project leads across planning, permitting, engineering, and construction activities

- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent to appropriate 4-year college program
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to maintain successful business relationships
