Generate MIS (Management information System) reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Follow checklist against incoming shipments to a BU on the basis of Invoice.
Perform receipt against PO's to ensure expedite reports and match exceptions
Analyze stocks and raise inter-unit stock transfer orders (MSR) to other BU's by using overstock data.
Ascertain assigned work is delivered with required quality, within schedule.
Need to provide SCM support to the corporate SCM and other regional SCM group. Works under supervision .
Purchase orders/MSR management - Generation, Confirmation, Expedite, end user communication.
Maintaining Tracker for finalized Purchase Order’s.
Resolve invoices/requisition anomalies.
This role involves generating regular MIS reports, managing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with SCM processes. The individual will support inventory analysis, inter-unit stock transfers, and shipment tracking based on invoice checklists. They will also handle receipt entries, resolve invoice discrepancies, and maintain accurate trackers and records. Strong organizational skills and effective cross-functional communication are essential for success in this role.

Bachelor’s in science / commerce / PGDCA/ BCA or B-tech or other relevant educational field.

Ability to work in a cross functional team.
Well versed with Purchasing, Inventory and other SCM functions.
