Master’s Degree in any of the fields described above is preferred.
Additional Preferred Skills: Experience with environmental analysis and permitting for military projects (Navy, Marine Corps, Air National Guard, Coast Guard, Air Force, etc.) or projects for other federal government entities on Federally owned lands.
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Geology, Chemistry, Community/Urban/Environmental Planning or a closely related field.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Ability to acquire background clearance sufficient to gain entry to military installations and/or controlled access facilities.
Experience with State of Hawaii Revised Statute Chapter 343 requirements as well as local Hawaiian organizations and state agencies.
