Manage construction and close-out on assigned projects with the goal of ensuring that budget, scope and schedule are met.
Utilize technology including tablet/iPad, Computer, Phone and basic programs within the Microsoft Windows operating system.
Facilitates and supports all aspects of the design, construction, closeout and occupancy phases including preconstruction support.

Supports and coaches document management including but not limited to submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, drawings and specifications, punch list, deficiencies and project closeout.

5 years experience in the construction industry with the majority of that time spent in project management in a commercial real estate environment.
Have OSHA 30 Certification
5+ years related project management experience in commercial construction
Performs and understands change management functions including PCOs, OCOs, and communication of changes to the overall project team.
Seeing to read a variety of materials
Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as project scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project, etc.).
Utilize thoughtful, tactful and action-oriented communication
Must have reliable transportation
Must be collaborative in nature and thrive with teams
Must be able to transport 10-25 lbs. (computer, files, etc.)
Adept at problem solving
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, phone, calculator and other office equipment with or without accommodations.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
Positive track record on project performance as it relates to cost, scope and schedule.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Understands and implements contract knowledge at a high level including but not limited to scopes of work, exhibits, contract development and issuance and negotiation.
2-3 years architectural and/or engineering experience
Work well in fast paced environment and can lead and manage multiple projects
Communicate with clear and concise language both verbally and in written form
Ability to travel to field locations and stay overnight, if required
Self-starter and able to implement tasks without direct supervision
