Housekeeper - Watermere at Mckinney, Full Time

Description

• Clean and arrange furniture and trash receptacles in pool area(s).
• Sweep, mop and clean when necessary. Vacuum and/or steam clean carpets. Reports additional repairs/cleaning needs as appropriate.
• Complete general apartment, and model cleaning (i.e. counter tops, cabinets, sinks, fixtures, windows, commodes, tubs, showers, mirrors, etc.) ensuring thoroughly clean surfaces with no residue or remaining soil.
• Maintain cleanliness of office and all other amenity and common area facilities assuring general cleanliness of grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, recreational areas, bathrooms, trash dumpsters, etc.

Requirements

• Previous apartment cleaning experience helpful and desirable, but not required.
• Prefer high school graduate, although this is not mandatory.
