You will assist customers with daily living tasks to develop independence and achieve goals set out in their support plans. The role includes supporting vulnerable individuals across a range of services, helping with budgeting, cooking, and attending appointments, and carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews. You will also help customers prepare for a move‑on into the community.

You need to hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 social‑care qualification, be passionate about helping customers live their best life, and have caring experience from work or personal life.
