Being part of the 50EB response team and providing response during incidents and contingency events, such as fire alarm activations, in line with the standard operating procedures
Assisting customers with shop mobility and accessibility needs

Welcoming customers & actively providing information, directions and other assistance to guests in and around the Battersea Power Station location
