Successful candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED and have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Availability for the first shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work, is required.
The position is standing‑only and requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lb unassisted, and handle small parts and fine text. Employees must also be comfortable working with approved chemicals, reading routine instructions, and operating under strict time constraints in a stressful environment.

Compensation for this role ranges from $16.75 to $27.89 per hour, reflecting a good‑faith estimate based on location, experience, and performance. The pay range does not include additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, equity, or benefits.
