- Contribute to quality performance reports and data analysis.
- Support preparation of evidence for internal, external, and client audits.
- Help ensure corrective and preventive actions are tracked and closed out effectively.
- Provide quality-related support to site teams, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Assist with the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of quality records and documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain required documentation and certificates.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with VSL’s Quality Management System and client specifications.
- Learning Environment: Develop technical and professional skills while working alongside experienced quality professionals.
- Assist in communicating quality requirements across VSL’s delivery teams and supply chain.
- Support training and awareness activities to promote a strong quality culture.
- Preservation, structural repairs, renovation and optimization of structures.
- Support the control and filing of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) in line with project requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and assist in embedding best practice.
- Impactful Work: Support the delivery of quality assurance on one of the UK’s most significant clean energy projects.
- Maintain registers for audits, inspections, and quality non-conformances.

- Awareness of nuclear quality standards (e.g., ISO 19443) is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Understanding of quality assurance principles and ISO 9001.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Organised, methodical, and accurate in managing records and data.
- Experience maintaining documentation and records in a structured environment.
- Previous experience in a quality-related role within construction, engineering, or infrastructure is desirable.
