Responsibilities extend to managing and coordinating move and furniture relocation activities, developing move plans, timelines, sequencing, and communication materials, and participating in on‑site move activities to minimize disruptions.
The Space Management Coordinator, classified under Management Consulting, supports space planning, office reconfiguration, and move execution for the Department of State. The role may require up to 10% travel and requires an active Secret security clearance.
Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree, and at least five years of experience supporting space‑management activities. Experience producing AutoCAD drawings from extensive archives of floor plans and knowledge of GSA construction standards are required.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, equipment‑requirement analysis, and experience using Archibus or other Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) applications.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 to $188,000, with compensation determined by factors such as skill set, experience, clearances, and certifications. The role may also be eligible for a discretionary variable incentive bonus.
