- Project management and leadership, strategic advice, and coordination of resources on a diverse range of projects in the water sector, including advanced water treatment and desalination plants, wastewater treatment, recycling, and waste-to-energy facilities.

You’ll bring an appetite for business development and strong client relationships and a passion for delivering as part of a high performing team. You’ll understand client and project technical requirements, develop solutions, and be an active team member in the preparation of multi-disciplinary strategies, investigations and designs in water treatment.
We are seeking an engineer in water treatment, desalination, wastewater treatment and recycling, or waste-to-energy, to utilise your experience to drive the strategic development and continued growth of our team’s capabilities, and the delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment projects for our clients. The role can be based in either our Melbourne or Geelong offices.
- Experience in the development of engineering drawings, design reports, specifications and tender documentation for water or wastewater treatment infrastructure
- Project management or project support experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff
- Willingness to contribute to and lead business development activities backed by an active professional network
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, coupled with 5 or more years of experience in chemical or mechanical engineering, including water or wastewater treatment, desalination, recycling or waste-to-energy projects
- Excellent listening and communication skills along with exceptional relationship and networking skills
