- Inspección del Personal: Supervisar al personal en el uso adecuado de equipos de protección personal (EPP) básico y específico. Asimismo, asegurar que el personal tenga un adecuado conocimiento de los peligros, riesgos y controles preventivos asociados a las actividades que se realizan.
- Inspección de Áreas y Equipos: Realizar inspecciones regulares de las áreas de trabajo, permisos de trabajo, maquinaria y equipos, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad.
- Certificación: Se valorará contar con certificaciones relevantes en HSE, así como entrenamiento en primeros auxilios y emergencias.
- Seguridad Eléctrica
- Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, con capacidad para coordinar y motivar a equipos de trabajo.
- Experiencia: Mínimo de 10 años de experiencia en roles de Supervisión HSE, preferentemente en el sector de ciclos combinados o en proyectos industriales de gran envergadura.
- Capacitación del Personal: Realizar capacitación a personal competente antes de su ingreso a planta y durante el servicio, asegurando que cuenten con los conocimientos necesarios para desempeñar sus funciones de manera segura y eficiente.
- Trabajos en Caliente
- Conocimientos: Profundo conocimiento en normativas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente, así como en la implementación de sistemas de gestión de HSE.
- Trabajo en Equipo: Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar relaciones interpersonales efectivas tanto con el personal interno como con contratistas y otros stakeholders.
