15+ years’ relevant professional experience in the design, delivery and project management of Coastal Projects with a focus on seawall, breakwater design and revetments.
Demonstrating high level project management skills while accomplishing project deliverables to the required standard and in a timely manner;
Skills in managing competing priorities and working under pressure;
Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards and specifications;
Ability to interpret and communicate information of a complex nature;
Skills in undertaking a co-operative and flexible work style to work in a team environment;
An understanding of the business/ organisation/ marketing context of business solutions;
Business planning, budgeting and commercial acumen;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a diverse and multi-disciplinary environment;
