The successful candidate will drive business opportunities, manage new‑product‑introduction and improvement projects, and develop process solutions. You will champion lean and quality, monitor project health, and ensure equipment specifications meet safety and manufacturing needs. Coaching, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration are also key parts of the role.
- Identify business opportunities, assess impact, and justify capital investment to senior stakeholders
- Lead full‑scope NPI or improvement projects, managing budgets, resources, schedules, and delivery to production
- Develop manufacturing process solutions using tools such as process flows, PFMEA, and control plans
- Promote lean manufacturing and quality focus across the business
- Monitor project health, manage issues, and report on people, quality, velocity, and cost targets
- Define equipment specifications, installation requirements, and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with facility teams to select suppliers and manage timelines for equipment delivery
- Coach and mentor staff on standardized workflows and procedures
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive design‑for‑manufacture and best manufacturing practices

A good understanding of building and construction equipment assembly, test, or finish processes is required. Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter is advantageous, as is experience leading quality concerns using tools such as 8D, 5‑Why, or fishbone diagrams. A degree or equivalent experience is desired.
- Extensive experience with manufacturing processes, methods, and technologies
- Strong project‑management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and hazard identification
- Proven judgment and decision‑making ability in complex business situations
- Experience with manufacturing problem‑management methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5‑Why)

- Good knowledge of building and construction equipment assembly, test, or finish processes
- Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter (advantageous)
