Meet with landlords and developers to explain the Regus proposition and negotiate commercial terms.
Assist in the preparation of recommendations for Regus Investment Committee. This includes detailed understanding of costs, sales projections and project plans.
Preparing financial models to analyse the projected returns of potential new business centres and acquisitions.
Participating in UK business reviews with the UK Development Team.
Comparing the potential returns to the performance of our existing centres.

Graduate, ideally with a property degree.
