In this role you will design, develop, and enhance IAM services to ensure high availability, performance, and security, while collaborating with engineering teams, architects, and security experts to build scalable access management solutions for Autodesk’s products and services.

Develop and enhance scalable, resilient, and secure IAM services.
Contribute to the design and architecture of distributed authentication and authorization systems.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices supporting access‑management workflows.
Collaborate with architects, security teams, and product managers to meet security and compliance requirements.
Ensure IAM services are highly available and performant using cloud best practices, observability, and incident response.
Stay current on IAM, cloud security, and distributed‑system trends to continuously improve the platform.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.

Minimum qualifications: 3+ years software engineering experience with cloud‑based services and IAM; proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or Node.js; RESTful API development; experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services; knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA; CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Gradle, GitHub Actions); strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications: hands‑on experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot; microservices architecture expertise; exposure to Zero Trust security models; ability to work in a heterogeneous technology environment; operational focus.
