Track and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM), recording all BIM-related decision, Agreements changes and escalating any items that may impact scope, schedule, or commercials.
Lead the management of the BIM Hour and BIM team integration, aligning with scheduled project milestones and delivery commitments.
Act as the primary BIM Point of Contact (POC) for the project, representing BIM at client and tier-level project meetings.
Collaborate closely with the BIM Department Manager to ensure alignment of project delivery with company BIM strategy and standards, assist with Project Hours.
Escalate risks, issues, and non-compliance at tiered project meetings, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions.
Lead weekly client-facing BIM/interoperability workshops to align project delivery with client requirements, designer workflows, and third-party stakeholders.
Be accountable for compliance with internal, client, and international standards (PM Group, client-specific standards, ISO 19650, etc.) for all project BIM documentation and models.
Provide BIM leadership on complex capital projects — including Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) facilities, Biopharma plants, and large-scale Data Centres — ensuring delivery excellence, quality, and compliance.
Develop of the BIM documentation (BEP, MIDP, client standards, PM standards, workflows, reports, dashboards) to internal and client stakeholders.
Provide strategic oversight and direction to the project BIM team, acting as the main POC for QA/QC, clash management, and model management — ensuring quality, issue resolution, and compliance through regular audits and reviews.

Strong technical background with extensive experience in multi-BIM software platforms (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC, etc.), with the ability to oversee and challenge model managers effectively.
Experienced with BIM project setup, administration, and support across multiple software platforms (ACC, Revit, Navisworks, CadWorx, Plant 3D, SmartPlant, AutoCAD, etc.), with the ability to oversee and guide model managers in execution, ensuring models, data, and reports comply with project and client requirements.
Leadership and time management skills essential, with proven ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work within and lead multi-disciplinary teams on medium to large capital projects.
Ideally Level 8+ qualification in a relevant field, or a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in the engineering/construction industry.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence clients, global teams, and third-party partners at senior levels.
Strong knowledge of project information management principles and their application across the full project lifecycle.
Proven track record of leading BIM delivery on complex capital projects such as API facilities, Biopharma plants, and large-scale Data Centres.
Demonstrate critical communication and leadership skills — influencing stakeholders, chairing workshops and meetings with authority, and building strong relationships with clients, design teams, and third parties to ensure project success.
