What you would be doing

  • Process & obtain paperwork for lot and/or model switches and any mutual releases.
  • Prepare and maintain closing packages.
  • Provides all information necessary to facilitate timely closings.
  • Daily communication with lenders, sales team & construction team.
  • Scan closing documents after closing.
  • Audit new sales agreements, manage contract documents and maintain job files.
  • File all closing documents in the lot file.
  • Coordinate the escrow department. Keep spreadsheet up to date and order inspections when ready.
  • Review HUDs prior to closing.
  • Enter closing months, pre-approval dates, closing costs and closing dates in our system.
  • Work with accounting department to ensure smooth transactions and month-end duties.
  • Coordination of processes to ensure closing dates are met and exceeded by solving issues daily.
  • Communicate and follow-up with lenders, title and sales staff to ensure timely closings.
  • Review closing paperwork.
  • Order pre-appraisals with lenders.
  • Process closing dates and instructions and submit to title company, lenders and customers.
  • Supply lenders with required closing documentation
  • Obtain expected closing dates from Construction management for all contracts.
