What you would be doing

You’ll be involved in a wide range of land assembly and compulsory purchase work, supporting public and private sector clients from early stages through to delivery. Projects span sectors including transport, energy, regeneration and housing, giving you real variety day to day.
- Advising clients on acquisition strategy and compensation
- Working closely with planners, surveyors and legal teams
- Managing landowner negotiations and access agreements
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development
- Preparing documentation to support compulsory purchase orders
