Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of asset management projects, developing policies, procedures and standards, and guiding clients on lifecycle strategies and asset reporting. The director will oversee strategic consultancy, inspection and inventory activities, performance metrics, digital implementation, and risk‑based capital planning. They will also produce outreach and project documentation and support business development.
The Technical Director – Asset Management will join Parsons’ Asset Management practice in Dubai, leading projects across the UAE, Qatar, and KSA. The role focuses on expanding business and delivering strategic and technical asset management services in the GCC. It requires deep experience in critical infrastructure, public services, mobility systems, and digital asset management.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a technology or engineering field and have more than 25 years of asset management experience, including ISO 55000 implementation. Proven project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is fluency in professional English. Desired expertise includes digital asset management, common data environments, digital twins, and predictive maintenance using sensor data.
