Senior Account Manager
Heat Transfer Solutions
Engineering and servicing mechanical heating, boiler, water‑heater and heat‑exchange systems for optimal efficiency.
Drive HVAC service sales, manage client accounts, proposals, and profitability.
Managing through analysis and solution-based programs to maximize sales growth, volume and profitability.
Working with the Director of Business Development, Project Managers and Engineering Supervisors in constantly reviewing and improving account programs to meet targeted objectives.
Developing sales at defined margin levels to attain market share.
Preparing and delivering client presentations.
Establishing relationships with prospective clients.
Seeking out and researching prospective projects through various methods (e.g., phone calls, visits, attending conferences, utilizing the Internet, leveraging existing relationships). Contacting prospective client Chief Engineer, Account Managers and Property Managers to introduce yourself and develop future relationships.
Develop, write, and review client proposal documents including financial and technical sections, using EMCOR Service/Mesa Energy Systems standard template and pricing models.

Computer skills using MS Office required. Strong Excel skills are required.
Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment.

8+ years’ sales experience in HVAC commercial service and/or building automation.
Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business administration is preferred.
Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
