Conduct regular reviews of drawings/document control on site, ensuring the correct versions are being used.
Attend relevant bid launch & settlement events.
Ensure CDM obligations are addressed and contribute to the designing for safety initiative on every project.
Prism / SES Manufacturing technical authority for all bids & projects.
Design management – attendance at design team meetings.
Engineering collaboration with project teams.
Collaborate with SES and Wates regional businesses and external customers to develop OSM strategies and solutions for bids & projects.
Accountable for the completion of the OSM Service Agreement and Workbook prior to Prism / SES Manufacturing accepting order/commencing manufacture.
Contribute to the creation of installation & logistics plans.
Assist the estimating functions with managing the estimating output process for each allocated project and contribute to the cost preparation as required.
Contribute to the development of the Prism / SES Manufacturing Product Portfolio and R&D.
Help drive and develop market and sector based OSM offerings.
Contribute to the development & improvement of the Prism / SES Manufacturing Operating Framework.
Design & BIM engagement - define scope, accountabilities, programme, deliverables & model reviews. Collaboration with OSM BIM Team &SES digital engineering resources.
