Develop and execute account plans (growth, risk mitigation, cross-sell / upsell) tailored to each customer.
Lead quarterly business reviews with customers: present results, roadmap alignment, metrics, ROI, and next steps.
Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges in construction / surveying / robotics
Advocate internally for product enhancements and roadmap feedback based on customer input.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations: operations, site/project leads, technical teams, procurement, and executives.
Drive customer advocacy: secure references, case studies, and referrals.
Identify expansion opportunities and lead the negotiation of renewals and upsells.
Monitor account health metrics (e.g., usage/adoption, contract renewals) and proactively address risks or gaps.
Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering teams during contract extensions, proposals, and upsell initiatives.
Own a portfolio of key / strategic accounts and serve as the primary contact for escalation, growth, and retention efforts.
Serve as the internal champion for your accounts—coordinating cross-functional efforts (product, implementation, support, training) to drive customer success.

Proven track record of growing revenue, increasing customer retention, and upselling.
5+ years in account management, strategic account sales, or customer success, preferably in hardware / construction.
Exposure to robotics, hardware, or industrial automation technologies.
Experience in scaling B2B business in early-stage or growth-stage companies.
Experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to customer sites / project locations as needed
Background in construction, civil engineering, surveying, or adjacent infrastructure industries.
Ability to manage ambiguity, work cross-functionally, and adapt in a startup / scale-up environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
