Present data-driven insights and address questions from a non-technical audience.
Create and maintain documentation for Office 365 processes, user guides, and training materials.
Develop and implement SharePoint and Teams governance policies and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.
Transform data sets through quantitative and qualitative analysis into insights and compelling visuals that help inform decision making and improve the value of the client enterprise.
Conduct routine Office 365 training on usage and flow, refine user interfaces and fields based on client feedback, and conduct platform maintenance as necessary.
Maintain and collect data using different tools and statistical techniques such as MS SQL queries from various databases, such as but not limited to MS Excel, MS Access, SharePoint and data management systems to provide accurate and reliable administrative reports, presentations and dashboards, as required.
Provide assistance in the development of workflow strategies, and design, maintain and troubleshoot MS SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and tools within Office 365.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Teams-related issues, providing timely support to users.
Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manipulate large data sets and use them to identify trends and reach meaningful conclusions to inform strategic business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that enhance SharePoint, Teams, and overall workflow functionality.
Manage and maintain the SharePoint environment, including site collections, permissions, and user access.

Understand data gaps that tie data components together for visualization purposes.
Experience with PowerApps preferred.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Experience working with Senior Executives in the Government, preferably the DoW.
Demonstrated experience with DoW is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
Highly organized.
Demonstrated experience working with Power BI and/or Tableau, SharePoint, Excel, SQL, and programming languages (e.g., Python).
Proven quantitative and data analysis skills.
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience or equivalent experience in substitute of educational requirements.
