The Superintendent will prepare and maintain project schedules, produce accurate status reports, and coordinate day‑to‑day field activities to ensure cost‑effective execution. Responsibilities include reviewing progress with the Project Manager and client representatives, directing subcontractor work on ground‑up residential projects, enforcing safety standards, analyzing manpower, material and equipment needs, and implementing field construction policies.

- Implement field construction policies and work rules.
- Generate forecasts and keep supervisors informed of overall activity progress.
