Prepare all documents required for closing the projects such as MRB and SPDP.
Following Up on supplier/customer documents as agreed on submission plan (Vendor Document Register List).
Maintain an efficient and accurate flow of documents during the review/approval phase.
Maintain the submission schedule and follow-up with the relevant personnel to ensure on-time submission.
Check, verify, and prepare the documents to be submitted on the project official transmittals.
Create a documents submission schedule according to the available resources and contract requirements.

Experience with ACONEX Portal and SAP.
Excellent in MS Office.
Good English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
Diploma degree or higher in business administration or equivalent.
Drawing documents knowledge, NMR 601, NMR 602, NMR 603, SPDP and as built drawing.
Relevant experience within related industry is preferred.
2-3 years’ experience.
