The BIM Lead will act as the principal BIM liaison, guiding workshops, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards, and delivering BIM leadership on complex capital projects such as API facilities and data centres. They will oversee the BIM team’s quality processes, documentation, risk escalation and integration with project milestones, while maintaining clear records of decisions and changes.
- Act as the primary BIM point of contact for client and tier‑level meetings.
- Conduct weekly BIM/interoperability workshops with clients, designers and third parties.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet internal, client‑specific and ISO 19650 standards.
- Lead BIM efforts on complex capital projects such as API facilities, biopharma plants and large data centres.
- Oversee BIM team QA/QC, clash detection and model management through regular audits.
- Produce and maintain BIM documentation including BEP, MIDP, standards, workflows, reports and dashboards.
- Escalate risks, issues and non‑compliance to appropriate project governance forums.
- Manage BIM hour tracking, team integration and alignment with project milestones.
- Record minutes of BIM meetings, capturing decisions, agreements and scope impacts.
- Supervise BIM project setup and support across platforms (ACC, Revit, Navisworks, CadWorx, Plant 3D, SmartPlant, AutoCAD).

Candidates should have a proven record of leading BIM delivery on large‑scale capital projects, strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities, and at least eight years of engineering or construction experience, preferably with a Level 8 qualification. Extensive knowledge of multi‑BIM software platforms and project information management throughout the lifecycle is essential.
- Demonstrate 8+ years of engineering/construction experience with senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
- Hold a Level 8 or equivalent qualification, or extensive relevant industry experience.
- Possess strong leadership, communication and time‑management skills to deliver under pressure.
