What you would be doing

Assist leadership with managing the CMMS system.
File packing lists in appropriate electronic file.
Enter and tag all new fixed assets.
Ensure timely approval of PORs and submission of POs to vendors through ARIBA.
Coordinate the addition of new equipment and asset in MVP Plant with Facilities & Controllership team.
Work with vendors to ensure invoice submission in ARIBA.
Verify all information is being added to work orders.
Process purchase order requests (POR) in ARIBA for all packing material, MRO parts, services and capital.
Communicate and coordinate with Facilities & Controllership teams on all asset/equipment removals.
Review maintenance work requests.
Amend POs per manager requests for price or quantity changes.
Coordinates new vendor set up with eProcure team and vendor.
Enter parts that are in maintenance program.
Reconcile Concur orders on a monthly basis PCARD purchases.
Create new part records and maintain parts records in MVP Plant.
Process receipts in ARIBA and perform 2-way match against PO.
Reconcile all invoices submitted through ARIBA to ensure timely transmission to SAP for payment.
Review MVP Plant and coordinate with maintenance for parts that need to be restocked.
Receive packing slips for all ARIBA POs from receiving and verify receipt of all goods/services.
Follow up with maintenance technicians on any deficiencies on work orders.
Monitor parts inventory in CMMS and verify parts are being received and issued correctly.
Place orders requested by other associates and managers as needed.
Place order via purchasing card (PCARD) for non-ARIBA and one-time vendors.
Ensure parts are received.
Maintain asset and equipment records in MVP Plant.

Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
Computer proficiency including software systems such as Microsoft Office, WMS, SAP, and/or other Inventory and Database software systems.
Place POR in ARIBA or by purchasing card (PCARD).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds independently.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Strong Mathematical skills.
