Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President and Directors of Customer Loyalty and Revenue departments, including calendar management, travel coordination, communication, and project management.
Meeting and Event Management: Partner with Culture team to coordinate logistics such as meeting spaces, hospitality, agendas, and supporting materials.
Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the VP and Directors, including calendar management, travel coordination, and prioritization of requests.
Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships across teams to support collaboration and alignment.
Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between leadership and defined stakeholders (including company leadership, customers, and Customer Loyalty team members) to ensure timely information flow.
