  • Meeting and Event Management: Partner with Culture team to coordinate logistics such as meeting spaces, hospitality, agendas, and supporting materials.
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the VP and Directors, including calendar management, travel coordination, and prioritization of requests.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships across teams to support collaboration and alignment.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between leadership and defined stakeholders (including company leadership, customers, and Customer Loyalty team members) to ensure timely information flow.
  • Special Projects: Provide support for departmental initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Administrative Operations: Prepare and process expense reports and separately develop and format presentation materials.
  • Project and Task Management: Organize team meetings and facilitate follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress.
