To plan and manage the team on a daily basis
Ensure Health and Safety standards are achieved and that P.P.E. is used where needed
Work closely with the maintenance department
Act as the first point of contact for your team members sickness or absence

Plan to ensure all materials and equipment needed is available to run the shift for production
