While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record in utility-scale electrical work, preferably in civil or heavy construction environments.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Heavyjob, Procore, Primavera, MS Project).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Benefits

The salary on offer for this position is between $130k and $155k plus vehicle allowance, healthcare, dental, vision 401k and annual bonus.
