Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including FLSA, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive positioning and alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the design, development, and administration of base pay structures, job architecture, market pricing, and incentive programs.
Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to monitor compensation and benefits program effectiveness and ROI.
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives.
Oversee the integration of total rewards data with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Viewpoint) to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making
Evaluate and negotiate benefit vendor contracts to optimize value, cost, and quality of service.
Ensure pay practices are fiscally responsible, legally compliant, and consistent across the organization.
Lead annual compensation cycles, including salary planning, merit increases, bonuses, and adjustments for promotions or market corrections.
Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate compensation and recognition frameworks with performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes.
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on compensation and benefits matters impacting attraction, retention, and engagement.
Work with Leadership and HR team to define the strategy, design, and administration of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
Manage the creation and maintenance of salary bands, career levels, and pay equity analyses.

Bachelor’s degree or relative experience in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
