The EMEA Lead of Furniture Solutions will report to the global furniture lead and work closely with global and regional stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage the furniture strategy across the EMEA region, driving growth, profit, and operational excellence while managing a “shadow” P&L for the furniture business.
Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive EMEA furniture strategy aligned with JLL’s objectives, expanding furniture solutions into new markets, managing revenue and profitability, optimizing pricing with manufacturers and dealers, and driving innovation through sustainability and workplace‑technology integration.
Operational duties involve establishing performance metrics, building strategic partnerships, ensuring safety, sustainability, and quality compliance, collaborating with regional leaders to adopt best practices, capturing customer feedback, reporting to senior leadership, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and execute EMEA furniture strategy aligned with JLL objectives.
- Drive expansion into new markets and identify growth opportunities across EMEA.

The ideal candidate brings extensive EMEA furniture industry experience, strong P&L and business‑strategy skills, a proven record of growth and profitability, matrix‑leadership ability, expert negotiation and vendor‑management capabilities, analytical prowess with BI tools, quality‑control expertise, sustainability knowledge, and at least 15 years of progressive experience including 7 years in senior leadership.
