Lead the creation and implementation of schedule governance, compliance and quality assurance mechanisms including health checks.
Mature and enhance scheduling, works programming and forecasting disciplines across the branch.
Coordinate the delivery of scheduling analysis, monitoring and reporting to provide valuable and timely project and program delivery insights to all key stakeholders and committees.
Coach and mentor other team members in better practice uses of Primavera.
Coordinate the mapping and tracking of dependencies, including increasing visibility of intra and inter project and program level dependencies.
Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of scheduling and dependency management standards, processes, tools, and reporting.
Liaise with Project Directors and other key stakeholders to guide the creation and maintenance of integrated master schedules for major projects and programs in Primavera.

Extensive scheduling experience on major construction and electricity infrastructure projects and programs.
White Card
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Contract Management/Construction Health & Safety qualifications
Diploma in Project Management Practice or demonstrated capability through past employment experience
Familiarity with methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2, and PMBoK.
Proficiency in Project Online, Primavera, and Power BI.
Expertise in developing and implementing scheduling and dependency disciplines across large-scale projects and programs.
Advanced skills in Primavera.
Effective leadership and strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Proven ability to develop and implement scheduling and dependency management standards on large scale projects.
Driver’s Licence
Experience in a Portfolio Management Office or similar function.
Effective communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skills.
