- Prepare vinyl lineals for production using a lamination process.
- Saw and machine vinyl and metal with CNC saws and mills to ready parts for window and door assembly.
- Assemble windows and patio doors.
- Assist co‑workers in analyzing and correcting problems to follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain quality standards through raw material, work‑in‑process, and finished‑goods inspection.
- Read tape measures to within 1/32 inch and interpret production paperwork and labels.
- Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
- Meet production rate targets and perform additional tasks assigned by the manager.

- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred, though recent graduates may apply.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, organization, and basic conflict‑resolution skills.
- Work effectively in a diverse team environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently with professionalism.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lb regularly and team‑lift up to 75 lb when needed.
- Must be willing to work overtime as required and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
