Most earn the equivalent of $35–$60 per hour, while top performers can exceed $80 per hour, resulting in an annual range of $65,000 to $120,000+ depending on hours worked. In addition, we provide a company car, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
We offer guaranteed hourly pay plus commission, full dispatch and pricing support, a company truck with a fuel card, health‑insurance contributions, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and SPIFF opportunities. The role is full‑time, in‑person, focused on residential service work.
