Description

The role involves operating front‑end loaders to safely and efficiently move aggregates, performing routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance, loading trucks and hoppers, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

Candidates must be able to operate mobile equipment safely, demonstrate strong safety awareness, work collaboratively in a fast‑paced industrial environment, and possess effective communication, problem‑solving, reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to quality work.

Successful candidates must submit to a post‑offer physical examination and background check. The work environment includes moving mechanical equipment in inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
