As our Associate Director – Defence, based in Adelaide, you’ll take a lead role in delivering expert project management services across some of Australia’s most complex and strategically significant Defence programs. You’ll be responsible for overseeing planning, scheduling, project controls, and performance reporting; ensuring all work aligns with our clients expectations, TBH’s quality standards, and broader Defence requirements.
Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll support our Defence clients across the full project lifecycle; and contribute to strategic business planning, drive best practice across our core services, and build long-term relationships that strengthen TBH’s reputation and market presence. With responsibility for both technical leadership and team development, you’ll help shape a high-performance culture while growing a sustainable pipeline of future work.
Due to security clearance requirements, this opportunity is open to Australian citizens only. Whilst this role is based in Adelaide, travelling will be required from time-to-time to within Australia.
