Review documents and plans governing project delivery, providing input into HSE and quality plans to ensure alignment with project, business, and legislative requirements
Coordinate with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure all project undertakings align with HSE and quality plans
Contribute to accurate and transparent reporting of project status through Hammertech, the monthly project control report, and other required means
Undertake HSE and quality inspections and assessments, report, document, and identify necessary actions, and ensure their implementation
Assist in communicating project plan requirements to the wider project team and proactively support plan implementation

In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices
Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or similar role within the commercial construction space
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels
Experience with management system software, e.g., Hammertech (preferable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Minimum Cert IV WHS
