Constantly monitors company radio for change of assignment and dispatch.
Refuels company equipment and vehicles, to include but not limited to: dump trucks, tractor trailers and heavy equipment.
Adheres to all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, including but not limited to the safety manual, the employee handbook, and the fleet safety manual.
Checks tires, headlights, marker lights, stop lights and turn signals.
Check’s engine oil, power steering fluid, coolant level, fan belts and windshield wipers.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Keeps floorboards, stepping areas, and hand holds free of trash, grease, rags or other obstructions that hinder operation.

Tanker and HAZMAT Endorsements Required
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Fuel Truck Driver/Operator with Tanker and HAZMAT Endorsements Required
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
This position requires an extreme amount of body movement and some manual labor including, but not limited to leg movement, wrist and arm movement, operating of controls, manual labor, and performing daily maintenance
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers.
The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, bend and twist at waist, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to work evenings and nights as needed, to support construction operations.
