Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains
Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided
Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
Carrying out surveys
Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four- variable according to the business needs

Requirements

Full UK driving licence & own transport
A keen interest in learning the drainage trade
Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
Previous experience within a hands-on technical/construction role
Physically fit and able to do a manual role
